(Dad & Butz at Bavarian Blast, 2006)New Ulm, MN, legend and good family friend, "Butsy" Palmer took his last bow on August 20 at approx. 9:50 p.m.
As you might guess, someone with the nickname "Butsy" had quite the personality!
He was an excellent showman as part of the Concord Singers for many years.
My favorite memory: Butsy serenading mom & dad at their 40th wedding anniversary in 2006.

Yes, Butz was a good one....sad to have him gone. He was such a character & full of spirit with a wonderful voice. He was one of a kind. The empty spot in the front row of the Concord Singers will be hard to fill. - Mom
