It's been a crazier-than-usual few weeks at the Queen's Castle.
The "Castle" moved west.
We are settling in nicely. The walls are bare and the basement is a mess of extra furniture and boxes. But all in all, it's good. I like being in "town" again. We have the Whippy Dip, Kum & Go, West Side Spirits, Roscoe's, Subway, Americana Grille & Casey's in walking distance. BTW, the Kum & Go makes a mean homemade egg salad sandwich...stop by & I'll treat you to one!
I basically dropped the boxes and ran off to Tucson for Taste of Home Entertaining's first summer travel trip, June 10-14. The theme was: The Best Go West. We had a fun & relaxing 5-day, 4-night trip. Check out my photos . Please make plans to join us for our next sunny trip in January 2008!
